Our Commitment

Toutami builds Decision Operating Systems that handle personal decision data — where you travel, how you plan, what matters to you. We understand that privacy is the conversion prerequisite, not an afterthought. You cannot trust a system with your decisions if you do not trust it with your data. Every architectural choice we make starts from this principle.

Data Collection

We collect only what is needed to provide the service. Analytics are consent-gated — we do not track you until you say we can. Personally identifiable information (PII) is redacted at every layer of our stack, from the browser to the database. We use self-hosted analytics infrastructure so your behavioral data never leaves systems we control. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles for ad targeting.

Your Controls

You have granular consent preferences over what data we collect. You can opt out of analytics at any time through your browser settings or our consent controls. We respect Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals — if your browser sends a GPC header, we treat it as an opt-out of non-essential data collection. We also honor Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals.

Data Storage

Data is protected with end-to-end encryption in transit and at rest. Our infrastructure runs on Google Cloud Platform, using managed services with enterprise-grade security controls. We maintain strict access controls internally. Zero data sale — your information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own purposes.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies, limited to what is necessary for the service to function. Our primary analytics platform, Plausible, is cookieless by design — it does not use cookies or store personal data. PostHog, used for product analytics, respects Do Not Track signals and operates under our consent framework.
